Mr. Allen Walker Carlock of Fayetteville died in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on Monday, June 26, 2017 at the age of 54. Allen was born in Fairfax County, Virginia on November 28, 1962 to the late Jack C. Carlock and Netta Hamilton Carlock. Allen was a loving husband, father, and brother who enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and enjoyed watching his Atlanta Braves play baseball. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Redmond and his sister, Renee McDanial. He leaves behind his wife, Becky Carlock of Fayetteville, Amanda Mayo and her husband, Keith of Tishomingo, Ok, Netta Carlock of Fayetteville; his sisters, Jackie Holmes and her husband, Raymond of Fayetteville and Gerri Goens and her husband, Rick of Richmond, VA, his uncle, Edwin Hamilton and his wife, Brenda of Red Springs; seven grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial graveside service will be held 11am Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the Alloway Cemetery in Red Springs with the Reverend Tommy Tatum officiating.
