Elizabeth Lib Turner Webb

Mrs. Elizabeth "Lib" Webb of Raeford passed away October 23, 2017 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg at the age of 79. Mrs. Webb was born October 05, 1938 in Dillon, S.C to the late Leaune Turner, Lubert Turner and Louise Graves Turner. She is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Webb, a daughter, Benita Fay Webb, 2 brothers Carl Turner and Milton Turner. She was a member of the Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church. Mrs. Webb retired from Burlington after 45 years of employment. Mrs. Webb is survived by a sister Connie Lewis and her husband Doug of Cape Carteret, NC. , 1 brother Clyde Turner of Olney, TX. , 2 sister -in -laws Shirley Turner of Asheboro, Melaine Turner of Concord, NC and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held 1-3 pm Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church 379 W. Palmer St., Raeford. A funeral service will be held at 3pm following the visitation, with Pastor Roger Burns, Rev. David Wilson and Rev. David Walters officiating. Interment will be in the Raeford Cemetery.
