Mrs. Joyce Gail Williamson Martin our beloved queen, of Raeford passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at her home at the age of 80. Mrs. Martin was born in Wilson, NC on July, 18, 1937 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Claude Williamson, She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Ray Kowalski. Mrs. Martin was a member of West Fayetteville Baptist Church. Survivors are her husband, William A. (Bill) Martin of Raeford.; a daughter Melanie Allen of Fairmont; two sons, Kenneth Kowalski Jr. of Raeford, and Keith Kowalski of Fayetteville; a step-daughter, Darcie Martin of Daune, NY, a step-son, William Charles Martin of Bloomingdale, NY, nine grandchildren and two step grandchildren, two step great children; a sister, Helen Pierce of Summerset, KY. A memorial service will be held 10:00am Saturday, December 16, 2017 at West Fayetteville Baptist Church.
