Paul Johnson Obituary

Mr. F. Paul Johnson died Thursday, July 15, 2010 in Autumn Care at the age of 79. Mr. Johnson was born in Cumberland County on May 23, 1931 to the late Fred Parker Johnson and Adelyn Roberts Johnson. His wife, Jean Johnson, preceded him in death. He was a member of Cypress Presbyterian Church of Vass. He was a farmer in Hoke County before he retired and was a founding member of the Puppy Creek Fire Department. Survivors include two daughters: Marinell J. Poole and husband Joe, and Paula J. Joseph and husband John, all of Raeford; a sister, Joan J. Wagoner and husband William of Sanford; three grandchildren: Taylor Johnson of Raleigh , Joe Poole, Jr and Anna Jean Poole of Raeford. The family will receive relatives and friends between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 pm, Friday, July 16, 2010 at the home of Marinell J. Poole, 304 Citadel Ct, Raeford, NC. A graveside service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Raeford Cemetery with Reverend Mark Fisher officiating.
