Betty Polston Oldham

Mrs. Betty Polston Oldham of Raeford left to meet her heavenly father on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst at the age of 67 .Mrs. Oldham was born in Marlboro County, SC on October 15, 1950 to the late Herbert and Willie Polston. She was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene (Gene) Polston.Survivors are her husband of 50 years, Gerald (Jerry) Oldham, two sons, Gerald Oldham Jr. (Paula) and Stephen Oldham (Tasha). She is blessed with five grandchildren, Ashley Giacosa (Wes), Justin Oldham (Heather), Katelynn Lowder (Quenton), Christopher Oldham and Jacob Oldham. She was given the chance to love 2 great- grandchildren Joey and Addyson Giacosa. She is also survived by 3 sisters, Lib Floyd (Billy) of Wallace, NC, Beulah Smith (Jack) of Red Springs, Jackie Howard (Bobby) of Dothan, AL, one brother, Grady Polston (Sue) of Raeford and a host of nieces and nephews.A visitation will be held from 3-5pm Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church, 379 West Palmer Street, Raeford, NC.A funeral service will follow the visitation at 5pm at Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church with Pastor Billy Joe Brady officiating.Burial will be in the Raeford Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to, Colonial Baptist Church 8066 Stoney Point Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
