Mr. Frank R. McCoy of Raeford, Passed away Friday, January 27, 2017. Mr. McCoy was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond McCoy and Ann Cole and his brother, Vincent McCoy. Loving husband of Roslyn McCoy of Raeford and his son Clint McCoy of Raeford. A private memorial services will be held at Crumpler Funeral Home in Raeford.
