Glenn McInnis

Mr. Glenn McInnis of Raeford passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Open Arms Retirement Assisted Living at the age of 88.Mr. McInnis was born in Hoke County on September 5, 1930, to the late Norman and Elizabeth McInnis. He was a life-long member of the Dundarrach Community Church where he was awarded Elder Emeritus and also a member of the Raeford Masonic Lodge # 306. He was employed with Burlington and Croft Metals before he retired. He enjoyed playing with several local bands, his guitar and piano.He is survived by his sons, Richard McInnis and his wife Jane of Aberdeen, NC and Kenneth McInnis and his wife Mary of Roanoke Va. Two grandsons Scott McInnis and his wife Ashton and Alan McInnis (Audrey Danley); One sister, Vivian Fogarty of Columbia SC.Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Ave, Raeford, NCFuneral service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Dundarrach Community Church.Burial will be in the church cemetery.Memorials may be made to the, Dundarrach Community Church, c/o Jenny Bishop, 5497 St. Pauls Road, Shannon, NC 28386Condolences to the family may be made at www.crumplerfuneralhome.com
