Mrs. Mona T. Harvey age 56, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Raeford, NCMrs. Harvey was born in Ft. Dix, NJ on September 10, 1961, to the late Samuel and Isabell McCartney.She was preceded in death by her brother, William McCartney.Survivors are her husband, Cecil Harvey Jr. and her son, Cecil Harvey III both of Raeford; Five sisters, Deborah Tolbert and her husband David, Laura Campbell, Brenda Adkins, Glenda Kilpatrick and her husband Tom and Sandy Wilson and her husband George.Visitation will be at the home, 1120 Diehl Street, Raeford from 2 until 4 pm on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.A private memorial service will be held for the family
