Barrington George Carty

Mr. Barrington George Carty of Raeford went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at his home.

Barrington was born on October 30, 1969, in Jamaica. He was a member of the Solid Rock United Pentecostal Church in Raeford. He was employed with Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Carty of Raeford, NC, two sons Adrian Carty of Jamaica, Jelani Carty of Raeford, NC, and four daughters Shantal Carty of Jamaica, Daicia Johnson of West Palm Beach, FL, Crystal Fogiel (Todd) of Winston-Salem, NC, Anna Carty of Raeford, NC, a granddaughter Ariyanna Carty of Jamaica, his parents Agatha and Errol Carty of Jamaica a brother Roy of Jamaica, two sisters Ordette and Octavia both of Jamaica, a host of nieces, nephews and his church family.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the Solid Rock United Pentecostal Church, 1430 North Main Street, Raeford, NC.
