Charles Everette McPherson

Mr. Charles Everette (Charlie Bear) McPherson of Raeford passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at the age of 64.Charlie Bear was born in Hoke County on December 21, 1956, to the late J.R. McPherson and Flora Jane Thomas McPherson. He is survived by the children: Chris McPherson and his wife Elaine of Raeford, NC, Heather Clouse and her husband Michael of Calabash, NC and Jake McPherson of Steadman, NC; three grandchildren, Billy English, C.J. McPherson, and Dawson Clouse; two sisters Elizabeth Solis of Bunn Level, NC and Sue Willis of Selma, NC; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC with Chaplain Tim Gore officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
