Mrs. Chong Cha Noel of Raeford passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 77.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years Leonard B. Noel of Raeford, NC, a daughter Carol Lamb of Raleigh, NC, and a son Leonard B. Noel of OH.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery.
