Mrs. Chris Tew of Fayetteville, NC passed away in her sleep on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at the age of 77.

Chris was born in England on June 15, 1944. She was preceded in death by her sons, David Alan Tew and Sean Martin Tew.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years John Tew of Fayetteville, NC; J.T. Tew Jr. and his wife Jamie of Myrtle Beach, SC; Tony Tew and his wife Wendy of Fayetteville, NC; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister Doreen Nieuwenhuis of Fayetteville, NC; a brother Robert Matthews of Summerset KY.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC. with Pastor Roger Burns officiating.
