Damaree Dytalius Sanders

Mr. Damaree Sanders was born September 28, 1988, in Las Vegas, NV to James Williams and Betty Mooney. Shortly after birth they moved to California were at 2 weeks old his Grandmother Bobbi Jean Williams quickly fell in love with him and with the blessings of his mother Bobbi became his guardian from then on. When Damaree was 12 years old, Bobbi moved them to North Carolina and that is where he was raised alongside Tyquan and Brittney. Damaree graduated in 2008 from Terry Sanford High School in Fayetteville, NC. He then went on to join the Armed forces in 2011.

After the military Damaree went on figuring out life and in that time, he became a father of 4 amazing kids. He was able to visit his family in Las Vegas, NV and after a short time away he went back home to his grandmother and family. Damaree went on to get his CDLs and began driving tractor trailers like his dad. Sadly, on September 11,2022 he was in an accident while doing what he enjoyed, and it claimed his life.

His Father and Stepmother James "Bo" & Sheila Williams, his mother Betty Mooney, Grandmother and Guardian Bobbi Jean Williams, Uncle and Aunt Anthony & Tanka Williams. His 4 children Samara Sanders, Dai'Jon Sanders, Leah Sanders, and Aiva Sanders. His sisters Leann Mooney-Green (Zacaris Green), Brittney Williams, Ronneisha Traylor, Felysha Sanders, Brittney Sanders and Denikqua Traylor. His brothers Leon Jackson Jr (Tya Jackson), Leonard Jackson, Ronald LaSane, Tyquan Herndon, Ronnie Traylor Jr, Xavier Williams, James Williams Jr, Ronnell Traylor, and Levi Henry. Best friends Marcus Sinclair & CJ Jones. As well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 2-5 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2022, in the Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel at 131 Harris Ave, Raeford NC, 28376.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, September 23, 2022, in the Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel at 131 Harris Ave, Raeford NC, 28376.

Burial will follow in the Raeford Cemetery.
