Mrs. Iris Elizabeth (Burchett) Fowler of Raeford died Thursday, June 1, 2017 in the FirstHealth Hospice at the age of 54. Iris was born in Germany on June 21, 1962 to the late Francis Dale Burchett and Eveline Groth Burchett. She is survived by her son, Jerry Edgar Stephenson of Fayetteville and her two brothers, Karl and Hans Burchett, both of Parkton. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel in Raeford with Pastor Wayne Sanderson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.
