Leonard B. Noel, Jr. of Raeford passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the age of 71.
He was preceded in passing by his loving and devoted wife, Chong Cha, in July 2022.
He is survived by his daughter, Carol Chong Cha Noel of Chapel Hill, and son, Leonard B. Noel III.
Services with full military honors will be held at noon on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Sandhills State Veteran's Cemetery.
