Rando J. Tyler

Mr. Rando J. Tyler of Raeford passed away on Friday October 15, 2021, at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital at the age of 33.

Rando was born in Lumberton, NC on January 8, 1988. He served in the US Army as a combat engineer in the 171st division. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. His passion was fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife Joy Tyler of Raeford, NC three sons, Rando Tyler, Roy Tyler, and Rick Tyler all of the home. His mother Joan Tyner and his stepfather Barry Tyner of Raeford, NC; his paternal grandparents Robert and Frances Tyner of Raeford, NC; bonus mom, mama Jan Woodell of Pembroke, NC; his father Rico Tyler of Lumberton, NC; a brother Carlos Tyler and his wife Angela Tyler of Fairmont, NC; a sister Santanna Tyler-Byrd and her husband Michael Byrd of Lumberton, NC. his best friend, like a brother to him Richard Blue of Raeford, NC; 13 nieces and nephews and a special niece he inspired to follow in his footsteps Shayna Tyler of Jacksonville, NC; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held 2:00 until 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Ave. Raeford, NC

Funeral services will be held following the visitation at 3:00 pm at Crumpler Funeral Home with military honors.
