Ruby Nichols

Mrs. Ruby Nichols of Raeford passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the age of 92.

She was born in Roanoke, VA. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Ed Nichols and her grandson, John Nichols. She was an active member of the Raeford Baptist Church, the Eastern Star, and was employed with Nationwide Insurance in Raeford for over thirty years. Ruby was an avid crocheter.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Snyder (Doug) of Statesboro, GA, Jimmy Nichols of Carthage, NC, Johnny Nichols (Sharon) of Raeford, NC Christy Dover (Jamie) of Raeford, NC, her grandchildren, Douglas Snyder, Nicholas Snyder (Angie), Marcus Snyder (Erin), Jamey Nichols, Jeff Nichols, Jay Dover, and Abby Dover, and a sister Carolyn Turner of Virginia Beach, VA.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, April 22, 2022, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke, VA.
