Shelby Jean (Doss) MIller

Mrs. Shelby Jean (Doss) Miller of Raeford went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 18, 2022, at the age of 81.

Mrs. Miller was born on April 29, 1941, to the late Thomas Marvin Doss and Mary Kizar Elizabeth Moss Doss. She was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Mitchell Doss. She was a member of Community United Methodist Church.

She is survived by five children, Laurie Fengl and her husband John of Gatesville, TX, Donna Ghee and her husband Patrick of College Grove, TN, Donald Wayne Ross and his wife Sue of Orient, OH, Richard Ross and his wife Rebecca of Raeford, NC and Mary Ross-Tarkington and her husband Billy of Eagleville, TN, seven grandchildren, Aaron Moneymaker and his wife Kaitlin, Shannon Ghee, Tommy Ghee and his wife Katrina, Jennifer Ross (Bradley), Marvin Ross (Linda), Camille Chrispen, Danielle Watkins and Elijah Watkins, ten great-grandchildren, Jasper, Mavin, Wyatt, Emmalynn, Addie, Angel, Elena, Lynn, Kayden, and Thomas, a brother Robert Doss and his wife Jo of Laurinburg, NC, three sisters, Carolyn Smith of Laurinburg, NC, Nancy Willis of Wagram, NC, and Mary Bullard and her husband Therrell of Wagram, NC, many nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Community United Methodist Church, 2999 Calloway Road, Raeford, NC with Reverend Donnie Robinson officiating.
