Mr. Walter David (Dave) Hunt of Raeford went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, March 29, 2021 at his home at the age of 68.Dave was born September 4, 1952 in WV to the late Orval Hunt and Pauline Myrlas England Hunt.He was preceded in death by his wife Edith Hodge Hunt. Mr. Hunt was a member of the Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church.Dave is survived by four sons, Jason Hunt and his wife Diane of Redford, MO; John Hunt and his wife Lori of Morgantown, WV; Edward Huskey and his wife Marcie of Raeford, NC; Lonnie Huskey and his wife Tina of Vass, NC; fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren, one brother, Orval Hunt, and one sister Garnett Hunt and her spouse of Morgantown, WV.A time of visitation will be held 10-11 am Wednesday, March 31,2021 at Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Evangelical Methodist Church with Pastor Roger Burns officiating.Burial will be in the Raeford Cemetery.Crumpler Funeral Home of Raeford is serving the family.
