Wayne Marciano Obituary

Mr. Wayne Edward Marciano, of Raeford, NC went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the age of 76.

Wayne was born in Torrington, CT on February 23, 1947, to the late Frank and Mary Marciano.

He was larger than life and exemplified his character through his service and outreach with the Knights of Columbus, and his favorite charity the Special Operations Wounded Warrior charity. If he wasn’t spending quality time with his grandchildren or at the gym, you would most certainly find him on the golf course, which was his favorite hobby.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Sylvia; son, Tyler, and his wife CJ; grandchildren, Carmella, Joshua, Natalia, and Jacob; brother, Robert; sister, Francine; and a large extended family.

A private memorial service will be held in Raeford, NC.
